Refund policy
Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where returns are not granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
At Bodice, we do not offer refunds against returned items. However, we offer a credit note against the returned item if there is a manufacturing defect from our end. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on the approval of the same, we will issue a credit note for your later purchases from Bodice.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if the garment received is of an incorrect size or doesn’t fit you as per your requirement. If you need an exchange for sizing issues, send us an email at [email protected] and we will organize a pick up for you at the earliest.
Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
